Recorded in cities across the United States over the past two years, Live & Loud Across the U.S.A. captures Foghat doing what the band has always loved most—playing live. There was never a plan to make a live album; the shows were simply recorded along the way, capturing the energy and chemistry of the band as it is today. Many of these songs have never appeared on an official Foghat live release, making this collection the next best thing to standing right there in the crowd.

The collection also includes Shaken & Stirred by Earl & The Agitators—another part of the Foghat story. It isn’t another band; it’s the same musicians exploring the blues, country, roots and rock & roll that have inspired them throughout their lives, including their take on the Johnny Cash classic “Guess Things Happen That Way.”

Different name, different flavor—but the same musicians, the same chemistry and the same love of making music together. Together, these recordings celebrate where Foghat is today and the joy of still getting onstage and playing it loud.
